This is a Critical Safety application item (CSI) and is not a commercial item. This is a proprietary item to NORTHROP GRUMMAN CAGE 76823 coded 3C, and is the only approved source. The acquisition is unrestricted-other than full and open competition. DLA does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The government intends to place a firm-fixed price, no options order against BOA SPRPA111G002Z. The letter solicitation will be issued on 3 AUGUST 2014 and close on 20 AUGUST 2014. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM internet bid board system (DIBBS). DELIVERY: 500 DAYS after receipt of order. QUANTITY: 5 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPTANCE: Origin.
