Description

In support of producing SSI 4 courseware materials and providing SSI 4 Training Coordination the contractor shall provide the following in support: a. The contractor shall develop and deliver updated SWS officer courses in accordance with processes outlined in the NAVY ILE Content Developer's Handbook NAVEDTRA 130 Series and OD60803. b. The contractor shall develop and deliver SSI Inc 4 UK training needs analysis, updated US/UK wall charts and delta/instructor training. c. The contractor shall support and coordinate training efforts for SSI Inc 4 on-site TTF instructor training, Design Development Team (DDT), Installation Working Group (IWG), Fleet Transition Team (FTT) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) d. Work to be accomplished herein is to be in accordance with the Technical Program Management Requirements for SSP T9001B checklist, dated 4 December 2012. Negotiations will be conducted with General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS) Pittsfield, MA. GDAIS is the sole manufacturer of the United States and United Kingdom TRIDENT (II) D5 Strategic Weapon System and the only source with the in-depth knowledge, expertise, and in-place capability to perform the required effort.
