Description

Solicitation for oil recycle unit Portable Metalworking Fluid Recycling System. This recycling system will remove coolant, sludge, and chips from the sump of the machine, and then remove the chips and sludge from the coolant. The recycling system will also be used to store useable coolant instead of storing the coolant in the machine. Vendor should supply a metalworking fluid recycling system which meets the following desired requirements: Suction rate: 85 GPM Discharge rate: 40 GPM Tank capacity: 50 gal. (More than 55 gallons changes the storage and hazard control requirements) Chip basket capacity: approx. 1.6 ft3 or 12 gal. 120 VAC, single phase, 50Hz/60Hz unit: Approximate Dimensions of equipment needed: Dimensions: 41' l x 21.5' w x 48.5' h Weight: 350 pounds Master Chemical Xybex produces a machine called the 'Yellow Bellied Sump Sucker Li'l Sucker' that meets the specifications of the product desired, however equivalent machines will be considered. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS 1. The Contractor will submit all warrantee information. 2. The Contractor shall provide product submittals for materials. SCHEDULE If the item is on backorder or not readily available, lead time and delivery date must be approved prior to award of contract.
