Description

Requirement includes the replacement and repair of lawn sprinklers, valves, pipe, and electrical wiring and components as necessary for the lawns of housing quarters #117 - #123 on the Menlo Park VA Campus. IAW VAAR 836.204 the magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Pre-bid site visit will be conducted. Time, date and location will be specified in the solicitation. This project is being solicited as a TOTAL 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE (SDVOSB). In addition, bids will only be accepted from current VISN 21 MATOC holders.
