- RAM Specifications RFQ #: FA9302-14-M-K019 RFQ Title: Radar Absorbent Material (RAM) Medium-powered and Standard RFQ Status: Small Business Delivery Days: 180 days ARO Description: AFTC/PZIEB, Edwards AFB, CA is seeking the purchase of Medium-Power and Standard Pyramidal Flame-retardant Absorber in accordance with the attached Statement of Requirements for use in the Benefield Anechoic Facility (BAF). Requirements: Offerors are requested to submit a complete firm fixed price quote, pricing items as indicated below, FOB destination, include information sufficient for the government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this RFQ and per attached Statement of Requirements. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: (i) Price (ii) Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government Requirement; Offerors shall provide pricing for the Contract Line Items (CLINS) as noted in line item for the purchase of RAM: CLIN 0001 24"X24"X24-26" medium-power pyramidal absorber 3 watts per sq in 180 Each CLIN 0002 24"x24"x24-26" standard-power pyramidal absorber 0.5 watts per sq in 640 Each CLIN 0003 hook and loop fastener (Velcro® style) on each piece 820 Each Contractor needs to: •1. Provide RAM in accordance with the Statement of Requirements for Medium Power and Standard Pyramidal Flame-Retardant Absorber and verify all dimensions in accordance with attached specifications. •2. Statement citing FOB Destination Edwards Air Force Base, CA. •3. The following clauses will also apply to any order awarded as a result of this solicitation and are those in effect through the Defense Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20140428, effective 04 Apr 2014 and Air Force Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-73, effective 29 Apr 2014.
