- SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS ONLY The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran owned small business, or large business) relative to NACIS 811219. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on FBO and/or ebuy. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: This is an inclusive contract, the Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software, hardware, tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses and other related costs to provide Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PMI) and Intervening Service call on selected Government Own ScriptPro Dispensing System and Service Portal at the participating facilities. The intended contract period will be for a base year and four (4) one year option period, which may begin approximately October 1, 2014. The service will be performed at: VA Southern Nevada Medical Center 6900 North Pecos Road North Las Vegas, NV 89086 Northwest PCC 3968 N rancho Dr. Las Vegas, NV 89130 Northeast PCC 4461 E Charleston Blvd Las Vegas, NV 89104 Southwest PCC 7235 South Buffalo Drive Las Vegas, NV 89113 Southeast PCC 1020 S.
