Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The VA Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement in accordance with Far Part 12 and Far Part 13.5 with ScriptPto pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Contract is projected to be awarded by October 1, 2014. SCOPE: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software, hardware, tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses and other related costs to provide Preventive Maintenance Inspection (PM I) and Intervening Service call on selected Government Own ScriptPro Dispensing System and Service Portal at the participating facilities. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely with the discretion of the Government.
