- This requirement is to furnish labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to construct five livestock pipelines. Two of the pipelines shall be new, two shall be extensions and one shall be a re-route from the original pipeline location. Work under this contract is located in Prairie and Fallon Counties, MT. The period of performance is 51 days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Work will start around the end of August 2014. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $150,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 237110. This is a total set aside for Small Business Concerns. The small business size standard is $33.5 million. A 100% payment protection will be required for contracts greater than $30,000. Payment protection will be due within 10 days upon notification of our intent to make award. Payment protection can be submitted by an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit, or Payment Bond. Prospective contractors must be registered System Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Information on SAM can be found online at www.sam.gov. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing at least three business days before closing.
