Description
Brand Neme (Sole Source) J & A SF1442 The following scope of work is expressed in general terms and in no way limits the Contractor's responsibility: Design/Build Project: The Contractor awarded the contract shall design and construct to Replace Fire Alarm Control System, B950, Yokota AB, Tokyo Japan. The Contractor awarded the contract shall perform all the work of design and construct new fire alarm control system (Monaco Enterprise Inc.) to replace existing fire alarm control system including conduits/wiring according to UFC 3-600-01 and NFPA 72. Removal of the existing system has asbestos abatement work. The magnitude of this project is expected between PROJECTS (IAW FAR 36.204(d)) The estimated amount of the project is: Between ¥25,985,975 ($250,000) and ¥51,971,950 ($500,000), which means the Government's Cost Estimate falls in this magnitude. Please e-mail to the Point of Contact (POC) below to receive further information on the subject project. Site Visit: The site visit for bidders will be conducted on 24 Jul 14, 0930 hours. The Government will not provide transportation to participants. The participants shall use own vehicles. Participants who need to obtain a one-day pass shall make an appointment with the POC in advance, and come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 0900 hours. Bring the proper identification (valid passport or driver's license with 8 digits password). For the vehicle pass, bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you unable to enter the base.
