- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is attached. The Internal Revenue Service has requirement for training services for The Treasury Executive Institute (TEI). The requirement is for the services of a contractor to deliver a minimum of 60 hours of coach specific training from an International Coach Federation (ICF) Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) or a from a program that has received the (ICF) Approved Coach Specific Training Hours (ACSTH) designation. The training hours must be direct interaction with a trainer and must be teaching the ICF Core Competencies (all Core Competencies must be covered). The contractor must also deliver mentor coaching for a minimum of 10 hours over a minimum of 3 months by a qualified Mentor Coach for each Cohort participant. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures not to exceed $150,000. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS CODE is 611430--Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $10 million The Government contemplates to award a Firm Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Request for Quotes (RFQ) number is TIRNO-14-Q-00152. Questions concerning this solicitation should be submitted in writing via email, within two days of the issuance date of this solicitation, to Mr. Julio Perdomo at e-mail address; julio.perdomo@irs.gov. Responsible contractors that can meet the requirements in this solicitation are welcome to respond with comprehensive quotes via email to Julio Perdomo at julio.perdomo@irs.gov by 4pm on July 23, 2014. The contractor shall be selected based on the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. Please refer to the attached solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW). No phone calls will be accepted.
