Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) (single source), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Precision X-ray for the following brand name supplies: X-RAD 320 Biological Irradiator for cancer research, Oregon State. NAICS 334517 applies. This notice of intent is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that the responding company can provide this X-ray irradiation. Responses must be received no later than 08:00AM on July 21, 2014. All responses must be e-mailed to Traci.montero@va.gov
