- This solicitation will contain one NSN (3120‐01‐599‐1383) for a Bushing, Aircraft. This solicitation is an indefinite delivery purchases order under commercial procedures I/A/W FAR 13.5. Manufacturer sources: Kamatics Corporations (Cage50632) P/N KJBA62100V. This item is being procured as Unrestricted. The FOB point is Destination. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order (IDPO). The IDPO will be effective for a base period of three years with the option to extend the term of the contract for an option period of two years. The estimated annual quantity is 150 each. The IDPO will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 38 (base period only). The minimum delivery order is 38 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 75 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The closing date of July 25, 2014 anticipated award date is August 8, 2014. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
