Attachment 9 Payment Plan Attachment 8 Government Property Attachment 7 Interface Requirements Document Attachment 6 Evaluation Criteria Attachment 5 Instructions to Offerors Attachment 4 Acceptance Criteria Attachment 3 Small Business Plan Attachment 2 DD254 Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement Exhibit A CDRLs Model Contract The Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Launch Systems Directorate (LR), Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA is releasing a Request For Proposals (RFP) on the EELV Phase 1A NROL-79 mission. The RFP is included as attachments to this announcement. Additional sensitive RFP documents can be found in the Phase 1A Bidder's Library. Interested contractors may request access to the Bidder's Library by emailing the points of contact listed below and must obtain and sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to being granted access to the Bidder's Library. All information in the Bidder's Library is at the unclassified level. Proposals must be submitted to this office no later than 14 August 2014 at 1000 Pacific Daylight Time in accordance with instructions outlined in subject solicitation. Questions in reference to this RFP must only be addressed to the undersigned. Responses from small and small disadvantaged businesses are highly encouraged. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 481212. The small business size standard is 1500 employees. The estimated period of performance for this effort is 26 months (24 months to launch and 2 months of post-launch activities).
