- JOFOC Lighting Inverters - FCI Herlong The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office, Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to award sole source to Cashman Equipment for RFQP06191400016 for the provision of lighting inverters. The upgrade will be provided to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, located at the Federal Correctional Institution, Herlong, California. The contract type is a definite delivery with firm-fixed price. The Federal Bureau of Prisons intends to negotiate solely (as prescribed in FAR 6.302-2) with Cashman Equipment, 555 North Main Street, #D, North Salt Lake, Utah 84054. The solicitation will be available on or about July 1, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
