- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Commercial Buy under the authority described at FAR Part 12 - Only One Responsible source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, to acquire information the below items in support of the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Code 11A3. The Government intends to award a sole source contract to for the below items to: American Floor Mats, 152 Rollins Avenue #102, Rockville, MD 20852 The proposed contract action is for the supplies, under NAICS Code 314110, for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B), This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for proposal. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice.
