Description

Water Well Testing at BLF This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number DTMA93Q140034. This requirement is unrestricted and the NAICS code is 238990. The Department of Transportation (DOT) Maritime Administration (MARAD) Division of Gulf Operations (DGO) intends to procure supplies and services for turn- key operation of the water well at the Beaumont Layberth Facility, located in Orange, TX, to include all monitoring, sampling, and reporting to the State of Texas. Responses and questions to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) should be directed to the Department of Transportation via email to aline.smith@dot.gov no later than one week prior to the closing date of August 5, 2014. Award will be fixed price. Award will be made to the lowest priced responsible offeror submitting a quote which conforms to this RFQ.
