- The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking firms to provide Architectural & Engineering (A/E) services to execute boundary surveys for the BLM in the State of Idaho under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This is not a request for proposal. This IDIQ is being procured in accordance with The Brooks Act (Public Law 92-582) (Title 40 United States Code (USC) 1101 to 1104), as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. NAICS: 541370 - Surveying and Mapping (except Geophysical) Services Size Standard: $14,000,000.00 THIS SOLICITATION IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. CONTRACT TYPE AND AWARD: The BLM anticipates awarding one or more Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s) in response to this notice. The Government may award up to four (4) contracts, with up to 2 contracts in each geographical area as a result of this Pre-Solicitation unless the Government determines, after evaluation of A&E qualifications, that only one A&E firm is capable of providing the services at the level of quality required. Each contracted firm shall be provided a fair opportunity to be considered for individual task orders. CONTRACT PERIOD: The IDIQ contract(s) will be issued for a Base year and Four (4) One year Option periods
