- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to procure a contract for statewide full maintenance services for its eight (8) federal building in Utah. The acquisition will be set-aside for the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. The requirement will be for full maintenance services for the following buildings beginning approximately February 1, 2015: •Frank E. Moss Courthouse, Salt Lake City, UT •New US District Courthouse, Salt Lake City, UT •J. Will Robinson Federal Building, Provo, UT •IRS Building, Provo, UT •Wallace F. Bennett Federal Building, Salt Lake City, UT •James V. Hansen Federal Building, Ogden, UT •Forest Service Building, Ogden, UT •Federal Building, St. George, UT Full maintenance services includes all management, supervision, labor, equipment, training, materials, supplies, plans, programs, scheduling, and coordination to perform custodial, operations and maintenance/mechanical, landscaping, snow removal, pest control, and similar full maintenance services for the 8 buildings, with the exception of custodial services for the Forest Service Building in Ogden, which has those services covered under another contract. The contract term will include a base (12 month) period, plus four (4) 12-month option periods. Based on prior procurements and contracts, the requirement is estimated at between $2,000,000 and $3,000,000 annually. The basic building information is as follows: FRANK E. MOSS COURTHOUSE 1.
