Attachment Package Bid Schedule Davis Bacon Wage Rates Solicitation SOLICITATION: Exterior Stone & Metal Preservation, North Extension Washington, DC Full and OPen Competition, Request for Proposal NAICS 236220 Estimated Magnitude of Construction is over $10 Million Email Katie Hoover at khoover@aoc.gov to received the CD with the specifications and drawings; include your mailing address in that request. Site Visit: July 24, 2014, at 9 AM, meeting at the North Lawn of the Capitol Building; POC is Paul Kirkpatrick (202) 226-5055 Project completion must be no later than November 1, 2016. It is the Government's intend to offer an incentive fee for early completion, HOWEVER, it is based on availability of funds and will be negotiated at time of award if available. In accordance with clause AOC52.204-2, include DUNS number on proposals. Proposals are due August 11, 2014.
