- This opportunity is only available to contractors currently holding an Alteration/Repair IDIQ with the USFWS. The USFWS has a requirement to Upgrade the Bunkhouse on Bitter Creek National Wildlife Refuge, Kern County, CA. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Contract. A pre-bid site visit is scheduled for 07/23/2014 at 9:00 AM. The NAICS code is 238990 and the size standard is $14.0 million. The project magnitude is between $25,000 and $150,000. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed and be completed within 90 days.
