- Draft Statement of Work including draft technical specifications Solicitation Number: SAQMMA14I0038 Notice Type: Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI): Looking for Vendors interested in supplying LMR repeater systems for world-wide deployment. Radio Programs Branch (RPB) Attachment: Draft Statement of Work (SOW) that includes the Draft Technical Specifications This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals or Quotes (RFP or RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Please carefully review the Draft Technical Specifications included in the Draft Statement of Work (SOW) and respond according to the directions stated below. Respond to the following: 1. Contact information: a. Name of company b. Business title c. Institution or organization affiliation d. Email address e. Phone number f. Company's business size and DUNS number 2. Capabilities statement; 3. Specific Questions; a. Can your company meet all the requirements stated in the SOW? b. If not, what requirements cannot be met? c. What equipment functionality or specifications should be clarified? d. What options, functionality or specifications were not included but should be considered as additions? Do not include the following in the response: 1. Do not submit formal proposals or offers; 2. Do not submit requests to be considered for award or to be notified of a future solicitation; 3. Do not submit requests to be added to a mailing or distribution list; 4. Do not submit questions or comments not related to this RFI; 5. Do not respond via telephone. How to Submit Responses: 1.
