- ACS Inventory Sheets ACS Service Agreement DEA Provisions and Clause Matrix The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) requires services to pack, transport and dispose Hazardous Waste for the Authorized Central Storage Program (ACS) within the Florida Region. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 562211, Hazardous Waste Treatment and Disposal. The Small Business Size Standard is $35,000,000.00. This is a total small business set-aside. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing required services to include, but not limited to, waste removal, disposal supplies and transportation to each location within the Florida Region. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, quality control, and security and demonstrate that sufficient resources allocated to perform hazardous waste removal in order to successfully perform the required services. DEA requests the following: 1. Eight (8) ACS Container Sites in Florida 2. The contractor shall replace all Department of Transportation Performance-Oriented Packaging (DOT POP) open top containers, from each location on a one-for-one exchange. (See ACS Service Agreement Attached) 3. All of the 5 gallon DF containers shall be replaced with only "new" open top DF containers rated at the Packing Group I performance and meets the specifications in accordance with the DOT 49CFR 178.500, Subpart 1. This solicitation number D-14-SS-0485 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular FAC 2005-74. This acquisition incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The full text of a clause may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov. The Government anticipates award of a single Fixed-Price purchase order. All questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to Kaitlyn Mahafkey at Kaitlyn.M.Mahafkey@usdoj.gov by July 15, 2014 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. Final quotations must be received by July 17, 2014 at 12:00 pm Eastern Time. The government intends to procure these services in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items procedures. It is anticipated that this acquisition will result in the award of a single, Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will only be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading the RFQ and all attachments. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor FBO for the release of any amendments. All quotes shall be submitted electronically to Kaitlyn.M.Mahafkey@usdoj.gov. No late submissions will be accepted.
