- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for proposal (RFP) for non-personal comprehensive services for animal husbandry, technical personnel, management, operational, pathology and veterinary services for the Veterinary Services Program (VSP), Walter Reed Army Institute of Research/Naval Medical Research Center (WRAIR/NMRC. Please read the instuctions for this RFP outlined in the solicitation documents.
