Description

1. The purpose of this modification is to extend the response date from 7/16/2014 to 7/23/2014. The response time will remain at noon EST. 2. The purpose of this modification is to answer a received questions. Question: Will all the persons assissing the database be in one address location or in multiple locations? Are all persons FDA employees. Answer: The import/export resource will be accessed from multiple locations. The resource should be accessible via the internet at any time and at any location. All of the users will be FDA employees. 3. The purpose of this modification is to correct the evaluation criteria. "FDA will evaluate quotes received in response to this RFQ on using the low-price-technically-acceptable (LPTA) methodology. To be determined "Technically Acceptable" the offeror must adhere to all the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
