Description

Justification MFR Solciation HC1028-14-T-0140 The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, Net-Centric Services Branch, Software Section (DITCO/PL8321), 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225-5406, intends to issue a sole source award to Uptrends LLC, to provide continued maintenance for the software monitoring system used to support the DISA domain name system (DNS).mil proxy system. The period of performance consists of a base year starting on September 30, 2014 through September 29, 2015. The software monitoring system maintenance is only available from one sole provider. The software monitoring maintenance is proprietary to Uptrends LLC. A sole source letter has been received by the Original Equipment Manufacturer, Uptrends LLC stating such. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which may be considered by the agency.
