Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to acquire services for Legionella Water Surveillance Testing. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, supplies, facilities, certifications and resources necessary to perform legionella water testing. Testing will be performed bi-annually during the months of February and August of each year. The NAICS code is 541380, size standard is $14 million. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The contract will be firmed fixed price. The period of performance is a Base Year and four (4) One Year Options. The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-14-Q-0628. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about July 18, 2014. All questions must be in writing and may be emailed to phyllis.charles@va.gov. Offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the website listed above, without further notification from the VA Contracting Officer. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
