- ***PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE*** A pre-solicitation conference will be held at the Tom Steed Conference Center on Rose State College, 6191 Tinker Diagonal Midwest City, OK 73110 on 31 Jul 2014 from 0900-1700. There will be no registration; doors will open at 0900 CST, 31 Jul 14. This is a no-fee event. This is an UNCLASSIFIED event; no clearances are required. Information presented at the event will be made available to offerors unable to attend via the FedBizOpps website. All cost incurred to attend are the responsibility of the attendee. The Government will not incur cost for this event. The Government will not pay for information provided or for travel cost to attend this event. This is not a solicitation but a request for information/interest. Any information and attendance request submitted by respondents to this Pre-Solicitation Conference is strictly voluntary. This Pre-Solicitation does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), nor does its issuance restrict the Government's ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will neither award a contract solely on the basis of this notice, nor pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this RFI.
