- The AFTC Installation Contracting Division/PZIOAD, Eglin AFB FL, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for MATLAB SOFTWARE to The Mathworks Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Anticipated award date is 21 July 14. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: MATLAB SOFTWARE. SOFTWARE TO INCLUDE: MATLAB (MLALL) SOFTWARE, QTY-3 EA; DSP SYSTEM TOOLBOX (DSALL), QTY-3 EA; SPREADSHEET LINK EX (ELALL), QTY-3 EA; SIGNAL PROCESSING TOOLBOX (SGALL), QTY-3 EA, FIRST YEAR SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE, QTY-1 EA These items must be delivered to: EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 511210 business size standard: $35.5M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes, however all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The government may consider all responses received within 10 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
