- The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for ArcGIS Desktop (and ESRI extensions to ArcGIS Desktop) and ArcGIS Server (and ESRI extensions to ArcGIS Server) software licenses and maintenance in support of Foreign Military Sales to Environmental System Research Institute, Inc. (ESRI). ESRI is the sole source provider of software maintenance and foreign licenses. This includes tech support, software updates, and software upgrades for ESRI products. ESRI product information can be found at the following link: http://www.esri.com/products The proposed contract action is for licenses and maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may submit a capability statement. All capability statements received by closing date of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Please submit your email capability statements (using PDF, MS Word, Excel attachments) to brian.k.petchel@nga.mil. Please ensure to reference this Notice of Intent. If you do not reference this notice, your capability statement shall not be considered in response to this notification. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. Statements are due no later than 12:00 P.M. EST on 16 July 2014. No telephone calls will be accepted.
