- The previously submitted registration forms are still valid for those that have already submitted them. Below are questions and answers for the record that have come in with respect to the conference. Q & A for Vendor Q:Are there a block of rooms at the hotel reserved for vendors to stay? A:NO. Rooms are not blocked for vendors. Vendors will have to make their own arrangements for accommodations, there is possibility of some rooms availability at the conference hotel. Q:When can I set-up my Booth? A:Vendors can begin Set-up Sunday night after 1700 hrs. (5pm) Q:What are the hours that I can man my booth? A:0730 - 1800 (7am - 6pm) Monday (4 Aug) thru Wednesday (6 Aug) Q:Will there be regular foot traffic during this period? A:YES. There will be foot traffic throughout each day before sessions begin, during session breaks, Lunch break, and at the end of the day's meetings. During the General Session, attendees will be highly encouraged to visit vendors see their product capabilites. Q:Is the Conference Area Secure once Booth is set-up and overnight? A:YES. The booth area is secure in the evening by the Hotel. Q:Can vendors provide refreshments/hospitality trays? A:YES. If you would like to provide refreshments you will have to coordinate catering thru the hotel directly. Alcohol is restricted until after 1600 hrs. (4pm) each day. There is a cash and carry hotel concessions available to conference attendees that will also provide coffee, sodas, bottle water etc., for all attendees and vendors. Q:When do I disassemble my Booth? A:Wednesday Evening after 1800 hrs. (6pm) Q:What is the cost associated with the booth space. A: Contact the hotel directly for booth cost estimates.
