Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Decontamination Building GENERAL: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) number VA249-14-Q-0676 and no other written solicitation will be issued. This procurement is being issued as full and open competition. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Offerors must state their business size and if the item is open market or on FSS/GSA schedule when submitting offers. Delivery is required 14 days after receipt of order (ARO). No partial quotes will be considered. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. Offers will only be accepted electronically via e-mail to the contract specialist listed below. Enter RFQ number VA249-14-Q-0676 and Decontamination Building in the subject line. The project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. All questions must be submitted by 9:00 am CDT on Friday July 11, 2014.
