- Description
- The Federal Government currently occupies 19,981 rentable square feet of office and related space at 615 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA under a lease that will be expiring, for which there is a continuing need. The Government intends to exercise a five (5) year renewal option at the current location under Lease Number GS-03B-10240 effective January 1, 2015. The Government will consider alternative locations within the delineated area of the Philadelphia CBD if economically advantageous. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
