- EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE THERMOCOUPLE, B-1B BOMBER, F101-GE-102 AIRCRAFT ENGINE SPE4A5-14-R-1217 Response Required by August 22, 2014 PR 0052912174. This solicitation will contain NSN 2840-01-147-0478, EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE THERMOCOUPLE. Request for Proposal SPE4A5-14-R-1217, will be solicited for award of a Firm Fixed Priced Definite Quantity Contract. This NSN is a non-commercial, part numbered item and the approved sources are AMETEK, INC (97424) P/N 8TC53AAA3. Solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing other than full and open competitive procedures. The purchase request quantity is 45 Each. No Quantity Option applies. Quantity variance is plus/minus 0%. Delivery: FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Source. The required delivery is 298 DARO. This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP interrogation and the Joint Services Critical Item Data Viewer on July 08, 2014. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price and past performance. Subcontracting plan is not required as the applicable dollar threshold is not expected to be breeched. EEO clearance is not required as the dollar threshold is not expected to be breeched. Certified Cost or Pricing data is not required as the applicable dollar threshold is not expected to be breeched. Progress Payments are not included as the conditions at FAR 32.501-2(c) have not been met. Synopsis was posted to Federal Business Opportunities on July 08, 2014. The solicitation issue date is July 23, 2014. The closing date is August 22, 2014. The estimated award date is August 29, 2014.
