- Description
- The Department of the Interior, U.S. Geological Survey, Patuxent Wildlife Research Center, Laurel, Maryland has a requirement to upgrade the water and sewer infrastructure in the Endangered Species and Coburn Research Areas. This work includes new water distribution systems with well/pumping stations and back-up power generation. Construction in the Endangered Species Area also includes a new sewer system with installation of a septic and leech field. The project magnitude is between $3,000,000 and $3,500,000. Proposals are being requested under Request for Proposals G14PS00535, which will be issued at fedbizopps.gov on or about 07/21/14. The offeror is responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). A statement of work, specifications, drawings, and site visit information are not available for release at this time. Proposals will be due on or about 08/20/14 (exact date/time to be provided in the solicitation). The anticipated award will be firm fixed price, issued on or about 09/17/14. The NAICS code is 237110 with a small business size standard of $33.5 mil. This solicitation will be set aside for small business.
