Description

The Buffalo VA Medical Center located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo NY has a requirement for a service maintenance agreement for two Sterrad NX sterilizers and one abator SSM-150 Red Bag Solutions Regulated Medical Waste Processing Unit. The service maintenance plan shall include 24hr/7day a week telephone support, on-site support with a response time of 8hrs from receipt of initial call (Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm), scheduled preventative maintenance services and required cleanings as indicated by the manufacturer. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include two option years is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Buffalo VAMC. This is not a solicitation.
