Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13.106, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued; the provisions and clauses incorporated herein are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23, effective June 12, 2008. The Department of Veterans Affairs Employee Education System, proposes to enter into a firm fixed price, competitive commercial. This solicitation is for a small business set aside and The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210 and the small business size standard is $35.5 Million. The Department of Veterans Affairs - Employee Education System's, has a need for online learning training/resource library for e-learning producers and other subscribers that consist of video tutorials (i.e., software applications used for e-learning) developed by web professionals to teach concepts and techniques using the latest software tools, primarily Adobe products (Flash, Photoshop, Flex) and Microsoft. This online training licenses enterprise is required for up to 100 Employee Education System (EES) employees for one year, shall be accessible 24/7 and will assist employees with learning software, design, and business skills to achieve personal and professional goals. Questions about this solicitation are due Friday July 11, 2014 at 2P Eastern Time. If there are any questions, a amendment to this solicitation will be posted on Tuesday July 15, 2015 that will contain all questions and the answers to thjose question.
