Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, James J. Peter VA Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 3 intends to solicit quotes to enter into a firm fixed price for the purchase of one (1) Aquamantys Pump Generator with a Cart. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses and only qualified Offerors may submit bids. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339113. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "GRAY MARKET" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. No telephone requests for information will be accepted. Only emailed requests received directly from the Offeror are acceptable. It is the Offeror responsibility to ensure the quote is received. The quote must be good for 30 calendar days after the closing date of this Solicitation/RFQ. Line items: 001 Aquamantys Pump Generator: Product # 40-402-1: 1 EA 002 Aquamantys Pump Generator Cart: Product # 30-401-1: 1 EA Delivery location: Delivery must be within 30 days ARO FOB: Destination Deliver to:VA New Jersey Healthcare System 385 Tremont Avenue East Orange, NJ 07018 ATTN: Receiving B-Level Bldg 1 Responses to this notice must be submitting in writing (email or fax) and must be received not later than July 10, 2014 at 12:00PM EST.
