Description

THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUEST FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Sources Sought Synopsis is in support of market research being conducted by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), to identify potential sources, and if this effort can be competitive or sole source procurement. Currently, DHS has identified only one source available to satisfy our needs. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 443120. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government is interested in all businesses to include 8(a), small business and small disadvantaged business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, HubZone, and Women-Owned small business concerns. The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. The requirement is to provide an annual maintenance and support for NetCentric Technologies CommonLook software products used for Section 508 document compliance. Manufacturer is NetCentric Technologies, Inc. Period of performance will be from September 30, 2014 to September 29, 2015.
