- W911XK-14-B-0004 Specifications Plans Mobilize dredge to St. Mary's River -Course 8, Michigan. Approximately 29,000 cubic yards of base and optional dredging will be performed from river stations 42+00 to 67+00 as shown on the plans. Dredged material proposed to be placed at the Government Furnished Placement site as shown on the plans. Material dredged from station 42+00 to 67+00 can be placed at the placement site by mechanical method only. All work shall be completed as described in the attached drawings and specifications.
