- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for Bulk Unprepared Groceries (Rations) to be delivered to McCrady Training Center, 5401 Leesburg Road, Eastover, SC 29044-9732. Multiple deliveries beginning 11 July 2014 and approximately every three (3) days thereafter over a two week period are required. Coordination of deliveries with unit POC will be determined after award. Delivery of groceries shall be FOB Destination. The bulk unprepared groceries will be used to serve approximately 11,680 breakfast and 10,930 dinner meals during Annual Active Duty Training beginning 12 July and ending 27 July 2014. Please prepare your quote based on the Revised #2 Grocery Support Report supplemented by the 14-Day Menu Plan, which includes dates (590 soldiers each for breakfast/dinner on 12 and 13 July, 750 soldiers each for breakfast/dinner 14 - 26 July and 750 soldiers for a bag breakfast on 27 July). When substituting items or quantities, please mark as such to ensure that the minimum requirements of the menu are being met. Revised #2 Grocery Support Report (Grocery List), 14-Day Menu Plan, RFI #1 (Responses to Questions) and SF1449 are attached below and may be viewed by clicking on Additional Info: Additional documentation. Solicitation, W912QG-14-T-0015 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 424410. To be considered for award, the offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed as follows: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All vendors MUST have a publicly visible registration in SAM. Offerors must include with their offer, the following information: Duns Number, CAGE Code Number, and Federal Tax ID Number. All Requests for Information (RFIs) (questions) shall be sent to sharon.l.zimmerman8.civ@mail.mil no later than 1000 (10:00 AM ET) Monday, 30 June 2014. Reference the solicitation number, W912QG-14-T-0015 in the subject line when requesting information. Responses (answers) to all RFIs (questions) will be provided after 1000 (10:00 AM ET) Tuesday, 1 July 2014.
