- MegaCenter Site Visit Information for Tuesday, July 15, 2014 DHS Form 11000-6 Non Disclosure Agreement Request for Proposal - HSHQEH-14-R-00007 The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Program Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to solicit and award under a Small Business Set-Aside a firm-fixed price contract to design, engineer, furnish, install, and maintain a new networked telephone and voice recording systems to replace the legacy systems located at its four (4) MegaCenters. The FPS MegaCenters are similar to Emergency 911 Dispatch Centers and are located in Battle Creek, Michigan; Denver, Colorado; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; and Suitland, Maryland. All four (4) MegaCenters are in operation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24x7). The MegaCenters monitor closed circuit televisions (CCTVs), answer emergency and non-emergency calls, and dispatch appropriate resources to Federal Facilities nationwide. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this Acquisition is 334210 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,000 employees. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. All Contractors interested in providing a proposal for this requirement are invited to attend a Site Visit at the Philadelphia MegaCenter located at 200 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Site Visit will take place on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (ET). Contractors interested in attending the Site Visit must complete the Department of Homeland Security Form 11000-6 Non-Disclosure Agreement which can be downloaded from this site (see Tab on right hand side labeled "Attachment 3 - DHS Form 11000-6 Non-Disclosure Agreement") and email it to the Contract Specialist Margie Cox Marvel at margaretmary.coxmarvel@hq.dhs.gov no later than 4:00 p.m. ET Friday, July 11, 2014. All individuals interested in attendance at the site visit must complete the DHS Form 11000-6. Additionally, you are required to provide the following information for each attendee in the email: Company Name Name of Individual Attending E-mail address of Individual Attending Telephone Number of Individual Attending In order to gain access to the Philadelphia MegaCenter, individuals will need to have a valid Driver's License and or a valid issued Government I.D. No one will be able to gain access to the Philadelphia MegaCenter without proper identification.
