REVISED 7-1-14 Schedule of Items, Remove page 2 of the Return Set and replace with this revised page. 7-1-14 Updated Clinch Admin Demo Technical Specs SF-30 Amendment 0002, Sign and Return with Quote Amendment 0002 issued 7/1/14 to include additional requirement of asbestos removal. Amendment Package contains Form SF-30, REVISED 7-1-14 Schedule of Items, Updated 7-1-14 Clinch Admin Demo Technical Specs and Limited Asbestos Survey report. Period of performance of the contract has been extended from 15 to 30 days due to the additional requirements. The Due Date for quotes remains the same. Quotes are due 7/15/14 @ 2:00pm Eastern
