Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, San Francisco VA Medical Center (SFVAMC) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire services to perform Patient Lift Maintenance and Emergency Services for approximately 300 government-owned Guldmann, Arjo, and Mortech. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, certifications/permits, disposal, transportation, and resources necessary to provide patient lift maintenance for SFVAMC. The NAICS code is 811219, size standard is $19.0 million. This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside. The contract will be firmed fixed price. The period of performance is a Base Year and Four Option Years. The solicitation number for this RFP is VA261-14-R-0769. The solicitation will be issued on or about July18, 2014. Offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the website listed above, without further notification from the VA Contracting Officer.
