- Description The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers, Long Range Enforcer - Contracts & Procurement Branch 2, Oakland, CA anticipates awarding Brand Name/SOLE SOURCE for the procurement of: ITEM 01: HUBER Hydraulic cylinder Aft A-Frame, PN: CY 6065 Qty 02 ITEM 02 HUBER Hydraulic cylinder Starboard A-Frame, PN: CY 6066 Qty 02 DELIVERY ADDRESS: CGC HEALY C/O CG BASE SEATTLE 1519 ALASKAN WAY SOUTH SEATTLE, WA 98134 POC: SKC HOFFERT/SFLC-HEALY PE STAFF (HHE SERVICES INC (HUBER) is the OEM for these item) CGC HEALY is a 420' Class Cutter. Vendor will provide labor. NAICS Code #333995 applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800 PST JULY 15,2014 will be reviewed by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
