- Solicitation number is SPE4A6-14-R-2021, is unrestricted, Other Than Full and Open Competition. This synopsis is for the following NSNs: 5342-00-543-3867, 5342-00-876-3471 and 5342-01-264-8173. Which have AMC/AMSC codes of (1T, 1Q,& 1B) respectively. The approved sources of supply for each NSN are listed below. Surge and sustainment is not required for any of the NSNs. The minimum quantity for the base year only, the minimum delivery order quantity and the maximum delivery order quantity are listed below and will be cited in the solicitation. Past Performance Information Retrieval Systems (PPIRS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9033, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offers are encourage to access the Procurex System and review the Reverse Auction help tutorials at: DLA.PROCUREXINC.COM. The final contract award decision may be based upon Price, Past Performance, and other Evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation Program (FDT). For FDT program Transportation requirements see DLAD clause 52.24-9058, F.O.B. Origin, Government arranged transportation and 52.247-9058, First Destination Transportation, (FDT) Program-Shipments Originating Outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS). Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI). FOB is Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination for all stock locations within the Continental United States (CONUS). Solicitation will issue on July 3, 2014 with a closing date of August 4, 2014. Clause 52.217-9002 "Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offer for part numbered items" applies. A copy will be available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the same issue date cited in the solicitation. Choose the RFP you wish to download.
