- Request for Quote# N40084-14-T-0083, PROCUREMENT OF SEVEN (7) SEDANS AND ONE (1) EACH BUS FOR LRC HONSHU, ARMY, ZAMA, JAPAN Planned Due Date: 13 August 2014 Procurement: Sedans and Bus Requirement warranty service: in Japan Delivery requirements: CLIN 0001: Within 145 days after date of award; CLIN 0002: Within 90 days after date of award, FOB destination Planned RFP Issue Date: 14 July 2014 This is a synopsis of pre-solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The NAICS code is 336211. The Government anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if deemed advantageous to the Government. This acquisition is the purchase of seven (7) sedans and one (1) each bus for the Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) Honshu, Army in Camp Zama, Japan CLIN 0001: Bus Motor, Transit, 44 Passenger, Right Hand Drive, Diesel Engine Driven, Left Side Passenger Service Entrance; Delivery and Quantity for CLIN 0001 is as follows: Quantity: 1 (each) Delivery: within 145 days after award of contract to the following destination: Delivery Location: Zama Transportation Motor Pool, Bldg. 604, North Camp Zama, Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. CLIN 0002: Compact Sedan, 4-Door, 5 Pax, 4x2, Right Hand Drive, Gasoline Engine Driven. Delivery and Quantity for CLIN 0002 is as follows: Quantity: Seven (7) each Delivery: within 90 days after award of contract to the following destination: Delivery Location: Zama Transportation Motor Pool, Bldg. 604, North Camp Zama, Zama City, Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The Contractor shall meet at least the minimum requirements, but shall not exceed the maximum requirements of this solicitation. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://asia.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. Notification of any amendments to the solicitation will only be made on the AsiaNECO website for any posted changes. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE OFFEROR TO CONTINUALLY VIEW THE WEBSITE FOR ANY AMENDMENTS ISSUED TO THE SOLICITATION.
