Description

AMENDMENT 003 Bidding Documents, Specifications and Drawings dated May 30, 2014, are modified and supplemented as set forth in this Amendment. Wherein this Addendum varies from or conflicts with the original issue of Bidding Documents, the requirements of this Amendment shall govern. THE FOLLOWING CHANGES / SUBSTITUTIONS / ATTACHMENTS SHALL BE INCORPORATED INTO AND MADE PART OF THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY RESULTANT CONTRACT ITEM NO. 1SPECIFICATION SECTION 00 01 10, TABLE OF CONTENTS Remove Section 00 01 00 originally issued, and replace with revised Section 00 01 00 issued with this amendment ITEM NO. 2SPECIFICATION SECTION 01 00 00, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS On page 01 00 00-31, following subparagraph F add the following: 1.27 ASBESTOS ABATEMENT INFORMATION A. Refer to Section 02 82 11, Part 1.1.3, Related Work, which contains the hazard communication notification regarding asbestos containing materials located in the work areas. There is also information regarding minimum training requirements for all workers working on the project.
