PROJECT NAME: 111 Upgrade 111M EP Lab 5C South PROJECT NUMBER: 695-11-127 SCOPE OF WORK: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION: Work includes demolition, roofing, general construction, alterations, asbestos abatement, mechanical, medical gases, fire protection, plumbing and electrical work, interiors, exteriors, site preparation work for equipment, utility systems, necessary removals and renovation of Building 111, 5th floor C South, for the new EP Lab Renovations in phases as identified in the contract documents including. Work includes (4) phases which includes rooms but not limited to: 5501, 5502, 5502A, 5503B, 5504, 5504A, 5504B, 5504C, 5505, 5507, 5507A, 5509, 5528, 5528A, 5530HC, 5531, 5533, 5534, 5535,5535A, 5535B, 5535C, 5540, 5542, 5544, C0520E, and corridor work. See plans and specification for further information. All construction work will be accomplished within 120 days after receipt of the notice to proceed.
