Ft. (ABOA): 5,440 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,712 Approx. Rentable Square Feet: 6,256 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 5 spaces Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 spaces Parking Spaces (Structured): 5 spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest welcome only from building owners and/or their authorized representatives.
