Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire non-personal support services for the Commander, Navy Recruiting Command (CNRC) in Millington, TN, NAVCRUITCOM Diversity Program. The proposed contact action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 13.106-1(b)(10. Interested persons may identify their capability and respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is the supplier, who can provide outreach support to female and diverse College and High School STEM students within the SWE organization. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 813920. All responses may be emailed to Janice Sheldon at janice.sheldon@navy.mil and reference number N667151RC45072 no later than 12:00 Eastern on 01 July 2014.
